User can specify Formal Name instead of Short Name in Location Availability Views

Some users prefer to see the Formal Location name on the Location Availability Grid View, which is more familiar than the Short Name.

Agreed! Many of us use old systems like Banner that require short names. Making the short names the highlight is extremely confusing and overwhelming for users who continue to think they need to know room "codes" that they can't remember in order to request the space (when that isn't true).
