Event Form -- Configure a default saved or public search in the object editors

For Locations, Resources, and/or Organizations, the ability for administrators to apply a default object search to load automatically, (by form configuration?)

Having the ability to set and change the default search on the event form. This search would then be the first to pop up as the initial view rather than "associated locations."
