More triggers for automatic email templates
Please add the ability to trigger email templates with more conditions:
-Custom attributes in a certain value
-Requirements

Leonard BrettonAfter seeing the last webinar, it would be nice to have Requirements as a criteria to be able generate emails scenarios. Being able to generate custom email rather than the standard email from 25live would expand on this functionality. Looking to leverage the Requirements (other) instead of using a Review Resource. While both use notification policy only the Resources can trigger a custom email scenario which users like.

Ayo BondWe would be interested in this for "Event Category", "Event Folder", and "Location Type" as well since this would be a straightforward way to distinguish which of our 19 campuses needs to be emailed.

Kenny MRan into this as a need today -- wanted to send an automatic email based on a custom attribute's status (scenario was "if a VIP is attending this event [< custom attribute], send an email to a certain department at our school [< event save email template]").
I want it to be an actual email to a non-25L using department, rather than a task/notification to a contact in 25L. -

anne burkholder MergedI love Scenarios, and I love Event Form Rules.
Let's close the loop and add Custom Attributes and their value to a scenario.
Based on a user's response to an event form rule added to the form via custom attribute, I would like to be able to use the response (Yes/No) in a scenario to communicate outside of 25Live.
Example: User requests CAL100, and is prompted to indicate if he will need IT support. If answer is Yes, I would like to fire an email to IT Support Ticketing system.
That would be so awesome....!! -
