Add a notes section to Tasks

Add a column for notes in the task screen to keep track of why a task has not been completed or to relay important information to other members of the team working on approving tasks.
Ex: If an event needs a special approval, a note can be added - "8/2/22 Sent email to Alex O. for approval to use the Campus Life Lawn" or "8/2/22 Emailed Deb due to conflict with the setup time."
