Add a notes section to Tasks
Add a column for notes in the task screen to keep track of why a task has not been completed or to relay important information to other members of the team working on approving tasks.
Ex: If an event needs a special approval, a note can be added - "8/2/22 Sent email to Alex O. for approval to use the Campus Life Lawn" or "8/2/22 Emailed Deb due to conflict with the setup time."

Pamela MasonThere is a comments fields already on Tasks already, which we use for this purpose. Is there any you cannot use that?

Brittney Sanchez MergedWe have multiple people working on tasks and it would be great if we could leave comments about the status of the request. (ie. 3/6/24 Emailed MJ for approval).

Joy CavalieroWe receive over 400 tasks a month. I assume this is for assignment tasks. I don't see a comments field option to view on the tasks page itself. There is an Actions field but I am not sure what the field does or how it is updated. I feel utilizing Internal notes may be most sufficient as display field option for tasks. It could be a breadcrumb. Internal notes are not public. Or figure out what action is.
