Event Form Rule: Expected Headcount
To be able to set a number in the Expected Head Count field to be used as a Condition for an Event Form Rule Setting.
Example: be able to automatically trigger if an event is indicated to have more than 100 people expected to attend.

Pamela LauThis would be helpful! Our police department would like to be notified when events are expected to have over X number of people. And, Police would like to be notified when Y number of people are expected or registered for classes. This feature would be very helpful to them! Right now, we manually check events to see how many people are expected in order to add campus police notification. Thanks Mark Gempler for the suggestion!

Pamela LauCorrection to above... Police would like to have Campus Police Notification added to special events, not academic classes as listed above. Sorry for any confusion. Thanks, Pam

Aryn TaylorThis would be a game-changer for Cornell. We work closely with our University Events Team to collect risk related information, and many of their requirements are based on event headcount.

Brandi Smith-BergerHaving this event form field available for rules and triggers would make many of our campus partners more successful in performing their duties and commitments. Your programming has allowed us to create Event Forms that are very rich with information and capacity for backend workflow/communication/etc.; it seems like a natural next step to have this field available. Thank you.

Tammy MillerThis would be great! It would also be wonderful to have the headcount value available for use as variable within the Event Save Email Scenarios.

MossThis would be super useful! We have a "Notify - ___" (Campus Police, Facilities, Radio Station, etc) resource that we have to manually remember to add... and I can't say it always gets remembered. :-)

Kaitlin O'BrienCal Poly Humboldt would love to be able to better inform our Campus Partners(UPS, Risk Management, Parking & Facilities) based on a headcount threshold via both the rules in the Event form to create triggers/ notificaitons, as well as the event save emails - upvoting for both, thank you!

Karen AdminUsing the 'Event Details' source in Event Form Rule settings, it's now possible to select 'Expected Head Count' or 'Registered Head Count', 'Operator', and 'Value' to trigger a target.
