Event Save Email - Headcount Criteria

Events that surpass a certain headcount threshold may require specific information in their Event Save Emails that are not necessary for smaller events (e.g., parking information, notes about rental fees, catering information, etc). This Feature Request is to add headcount values to the criteria for Event Save Emails in order to accommodate this need.
