It would be helpful with Social Distancing adjustments to have the ability to use a filter in the create scenario to have filter on attendance:
Attendance over _________ (number setting)

Example we are expanding to allow in person banquets in April. It is required for events over 50 to have a preparedness plan in the event there is an exposure at the event...
Including uploading a roster of guests to the reservation.

Currently we are building a template to send via an audit search ...
it would be nice if this could be automated off the attendee number so we only have one manual audit ... to see if it was uploaded.

I our case our University Police want a notification anytime an event is expecting more than 50+ attendees. To try and meet their business process needs we want to send an email to a MS Teams Channel every time an event is created or event is edited and capacity is increased from below the 50+ to above it. This will allow them to communicate about the Event in Teams for anything related to that event and everyone that needs to in their department can see all of that communication easily.
