Set Credit & Debit Account Code by Rate schedule and Organization Type

We have different revenue account codes based on internal or external revenue. So we need to be able to set the Credit Account Code based on the Organization Type on each Rate Schedule. It would be good to have the same flexibility with Debit Account Code in case there was a similar need in the future. We have not yet had a chance to look into integrations for pricing into Banner but this may be needed for that int he future.
