Add "Cancel Event" as an available option on right-click on Availability Grid

As a Department Administrator with cancellation permissions, I need to be able to easily cancel an event from the Calendar View. Currently there are other action items such as Edit Event, Copy Event, and Email Event Details.

This would need to have a functional security that we could control who this would appear for and or make sure it has a confirmation popup. In a simple drop down list it is far to easy for them to accidentally select it.
