Adam Kantor MergedWe are in a bind now in that our academic events are not socially distanced and everything else is, so we currently have our default room capacity set to max so our academic scheduler can find rooms for classes but everyone else is submitting requests based on those numbers too so all their requests are getting denied because the rooms aren’t big enough. It would be SUPER helpful if there could be another column next to default cap so we could show the SD cap. The system doesn't need to search based on those caps, just show them so users know what the SD cap is.
Since tasks allows users to choose columns it would be great if there was an option to select this, or even just show SD instead of Max, maybe just let the user choose which capacity they want to see. -
