Bonnie HendricksonYES! This way we could specify that setup time is for our crew and pre-event time is for the client.

PLUS can we please change the note under the time on the confirmation that says "Doors open" and "Doors close"? This is totally inaccurate for what we use pre-&post-event time for and it misleads our clients.
Options:
1) change it to just Pre- and Post-Event
2) make it customizable so we can all it what we want
3) BEST OPTION - Add a third time - Most of our events have a Set Up time for our crew to set the space, a Client Time when they want to get in to decorate/set up and THEN there's the time the Doors Open for attendees. -

Pamela MasonI would like it to be it's own Section like all of the other sections in the Event Form with customizable Header, help text and default open and close of Help Text. It is not really part of the Section for Event Date and Time since that is really more the header and help text for the fields above it. This is the area that most people skip and get confused by. The Header above it we have labeled First Occurrence Date and Time of Event. The Date, times and occurrences of the event is the most complicated section and separating these out as their own sections in the Event Form would help a lot for helping guide people to use them correctly.

MossExactly what Bonnie said! That third option would make event times much more clear to people not as proficient in 25Live. I also run into problems where someone requests a location for one event, but it has more events within that. (Example: University Clubs Department holds a meeting with topics at different times that are optional to attend - "How to Schedule," "Writing a Constitution," etc. Right now the workaround we use without relating events or creating new events is to write the times of the topics in the comments.)
