Partition Preference Criteria available for Organization Searches

It would be helpful to be able to search "what orgs have listed Partition A as their preferred partition". For editing or drilling into events, it would be a great time saver to be able to do it in the system. Or “for this particular partition, what orgs have selected it as one of their preferences.”
