Generate pricing by occurrence or event segment
For reoccurring events, schools that bill weekly or monthly need to break the event down into a related event set to do so. The ability to generate pricing/invoicing by occurrence (or collection of occurrences) or event segments would mitigate this, and add value for complicated events using segments in general.

Walt M (CollegeNET) AdminThe first iteration of this was released on 10/29/2020 - In this first release, "pricing sets" can be created, and invoiced using Freshbooks. A Pricing set is basically the selection of a single occurrence, or an ad-hoc collection of occurrences.
Work is being done to allow creation of a standard invoice report using these pricing sets. We'll also be enhancing this functionality with a additional filters, and of course, based on feedback. -

Filip PHi - since there has not been a post about this in a while, to clarify what I envision this to entail is mass billing for a given time frame (in my case monthly). Pricing sets does not assist with this. Ideally, the invoice details - excel report when run would only pull those occurrences that occur within the given time frame and only show billing for those occurrences.

Megan BladowThis would also be helpful for events that bridge fiscal years. Our fiscal year starts on July 1, so if an event overlaps the fiscal year, the entire amount of the event shows up in both fiscal years. It's also the same for quarterly reporting.

Michelle BrightI will echo the comments above. We have a unit that regularly has over 500 revenue-generating events per month, and not having the Invoice report show occurrence dates or narrow down to the selected timeframe is really causing some issues for the Department Biller.
