Regular digest of overdue tasks
Automatic task emails are sent out when a new task is created, but we should also have another option for task reminders: a regular (weekly?) email sent to a user that contains all their current outstanding/overdue tasks.

Mike C (CollegeNET) AdminHave automated emails sent to the event requestor X number of days prior to the event start date reminding them that their event is coming up. This would most likely be done in the config tool by security group.

Bonnie Hendrickson MergedI want to use To Do tasks to remind me to put in work orders on certain dates. But I will have to manually check Tasks everyday to see if there are any important tasks for that day.
That's do-able but it's easier to just put a reminder on my Outlook calendar and then Outlook will pop up a reminder/notification for me when that task comes up.
Obviously not a critical function but alerts like this in 25Live would keep more of my duties in the system rather than going outside of it. -

Sarah WillisWe have over 250 location that have workflow tasks automated, but we run into issues with task approvers not responding to the workflow. I would like to *add* to this thread and say that a digest or reminder of outstanding workflow would be helpful. In addition, a better subject line that is more obvious to the receiver would help end users. "25Live Update" is incredibly generic and gets overlooked. A workflow email should say "a 25Live workflow approval (or assignment, etc) task is awaiting your action. Please respond timely to this request.
