Store full email history and text for events

Right now we only retain the subject line and recipients when an email is sent for an event. It would be useful to see the full text of every email in the audit trail or a new "email history" tab.

This would eliminate our dept from having to create notes in the comments of the reservation. Less work and having to rely on communication among us as some are more descriptive than others with their comments.

Yes, as our clients often forget to add reference numbers to their email or do not continue with our initial email that contains reference number.

Our school's Banquet Services Department is considering using Tripleseat, a catering and event management software, to manage their events. All email communications between clients and event planners are saved as part of the event. If 25Live audit trail contained the messages sent and received, it would save many hours of searching old emails in Outlook.

Hello CollegeNET! It would be nice if we could keep track of email communication within 25Live for an event form (or related event set). Specifically, emails that are sent/received related to an event and accessible/viewable from that event within 25Live. I find that I do a lot of copying and pasting into internal notes to keep track of communication about an event. Note, we use 25Live for our event planning leveraging resources, comments, setups, etc. Any thoughts on a better way to streamline this? Do other schools use 25Live in this manner and would find this helpful? Many thanks!

This would be great! Our office gets requests for updates on 25Live bookings. Being able to see what was already said would be really helpful!
