System Default Event Type
As an administrator, I need the ability to define a default event type by security group for all new events.
Scenario 1: For simple implementations, the admin can have a single event type for all non-section events, and then remove the event type from the event wizard, simplifying the event request process.
Scenario 2: The admin defines event types by scheduling office. This gives them the ability to define their own unique set of custom attributes, event requirements, etc. The ability set a default event type by security group would mean that they schools would not need to touch the event type editor on most of the events they schedule, and it could even be removed from their event creation wizard.
