Ability to assign Location Notification Policy to a Group

For the Notification Policy on a Location, we need the ability to "Notify Only" a GROUP (instead of individuals), where only one person in that group must Acknowledge the event - AND - after one member of the group has Acknowledged the event, REMOVE that Task from the Task list for other group members.
