‘Do Not Include’ and ‘Blank’ Options in Advanced Search

Add ‘Do Not Include’ and add an option to search for ‘missing/blank’ fields to all Advanced Search options for both Events and Locations searches to make creating searches more flexible efficient. We have noticed this would be extremely helpful for searches we want to use in X25 Analytics especially.

It would be useful to add another search condition to the event search, specifically Custom Attributes. It would be very helpful when setting up class searches to use the condition “Is not equal to” or "Do Not Include".

For example when our courses are imported they contain the college code as an attribute (ex: CGAS). We often have separate Optimizer runs that include CGAS courses as well as non-CGAS courses. I can use my CGAS Course search with no problem but when I’m working with non College courses, I then have to use bulk edit and categories to mark the courses as non-CGAS. Not the end of the world but it would help make things more efficient when searching for courses/events that utilize custom attributes if we had both “is equal to” and “is not equal to”.

This would also be useful for Location and Organization searches.
