To Do Tasks: Option to Cancel or Delete

The person who created it should be able to make these changes.
We sometimes create To Do Tasks and then find out it was not necessary so we just want to remove it. I usually prefer prefer Cancel instead of Delete because you have the history. But in this case I think Delete might be appropriate.
