Allowing multiple authentication types to log in

Hello,
Currently, if you have SSO enabled in 25live its all or nothing. The system will not allow you to log in as a local account. We have some situations where we need users to log in as a local account for different reasons/needs. We would like to have the option of turning SSO of and on per user bases where SSO is on for most users but a few will have the ability to log in locally.
