Notes/Comments Box for Blackouts

It would be helpful to have a comment or notes box for each blackout, to better explain the purpose of that blackout. That way, down the road, when we evaluate them or change them, we know the original purpose and can explain it to others.

Yes, this would be really helpful! I just took over as the main admin for campus and there are regular blackouts that need to be entered, but it was challenging to track down the correct information or interpret some of the blackouts previously entered.

This would also help our school, as we have 5 campuses and it would be helpful to have details on what the blackouts are for. Right now, we're having to get creative with the blackout name as an alternative.
