Ability to change Visibility Level for the After Saving This Event Field

Create the ability to change the Visibility Level for the After Saving This Event Field, like the other configurable fields on the Event Form Templates. This is especially critical for our External Users when we use Embedded Event Forms. We don't want these external users to be able to look at or edit other events, as only one "bogus" contact is created for External Users.
