Display locations in Event Form search if the user can request outside of the assignment window
Currently, when a user is in the Event Form and chooses an event start date that falls within an Assignment Window restriction for a specific location, they cannot see that location in the location search.
We request that the Event Form Location Search display locations that users can typically request with some indicator that the assignment window is preventing them from making the request.

Pamela MasonI would want a Functional Security permission to control this. I used to get a lot of calls where people were confused when they could see Locations that were not available. We also have departments that don't want people calling them asking them to move events so they can use the space. So for most of our users I would not want them to be able to see these. We tell them to instead change the sate and time of there event if they want certain locations. This would still be useful for some of our advanced users like in Event Services.

TinaYes please! The users need to see that the location exists, but it's just not available for them to request during the requested date/time. Almost any type of notification/message is better than "No Results", especially if they have multiple dates selected and only some of those dates are in the "Not Requestable" zone. I initially thought that it would display like a conflict, listing if it's a blackout, open/close hours or another event. It could be labeled as "Not Requestable within XX days"
