Ability to delete tasks/to do's

Events can change over time during planning phase, making some original tasks obsolete. It would be great to be able to delete those that don't apply anymore.

I think it would be better to have a Cancel instead of Delete. That way there is a record they exist and they don't just disappear. It would also be nice to require a comment when used. So people had to state why it was cancelled. This gives an audit trail that you can be looked at to make sure someone is not cancelling them when they should not be, usually training issues.

Seconding Pamela's comment! Also, it would be good to have a "poke" button to ask if someone has completed their task. Some users will approve the task just to make the red number go away without actually completing what we need them to do.
