Add Advanced Search Critiera of Default Layout Is One Of

I need to be able to find all of the locations that have certain Default Layouts. I cannot use the current Criteria of has a Layout because this will pull me anything that has that layout at all. I only want those where the default layout is one of the ones I need to check.

Right now I am wanted to make sure all of our layout got set back from the COVID Layouts to their prior Default. I don't want to remove the COVID Layouts from the locations because these may still get used. Currently i have to pull a report and then filter it and send it to my users.
