Administrators > Remove locks, allow multiple select

While updating some permissions this morning I have manged to lock over a thousand events. It would be helpful to have the ability to sort by user and "select all" button for these circumstances.

I was trying to update permissions on a campus's classes and I encountered an error that an event was locked and I couldn’t make changes. I backed out if Events and the Lock Table is showing the hundreds (maybe thousands) of classes that are in lock status.

I have filed a case to remove these in the past and did so today. However, we are 3 hours ahead of you and also takes some time to get a response to my ticket. It would be nice if we could filter them (by username) and remove them in bulk.
