Control which contact roles are editable on the event form
We would love to have our requestors use the Contact Roles field in the event form, but found in the past that often they would change the name of the scheduler to someone who is NOT a scheduler. It's important for workflow and searches for the default scheduler to stay in place, and editing of that field should be allowed only by our ADMIN or power users. Perhaps a way to "lock" the scheduler in the event form, but allow the other contact roles to be chosen by the requestor?

Cathy ZarrellaWould Love to be able to specify which security groups could change schedulers field (needed by other schedulers) BUT NOT general requesters!
We actually had to lock down that whole contact field to reduce this issue for our student users.
This then does not allow them to add an additional contact, but was too easy for them to change scheduler by mistake. -

Mike C (CollegeNET) AdminAdministrators can now limit if the Scheduler or Requestor role show up on the Event form using the Abridge Master Definitions list. You can learn more about this following the steps in this help article: https://knowledge25.collegenet.com/display/25HELP/Adding+and+Editing+Roles+In+25Live+Pro.
