Event list - Show location/resource preferences for draft events
Schedulers who have to process a lot of drafts need the ability to quickly see what's being asked. Currently, when a draft is submitted, the list view doesn't populate the spaces/resources columns. It's only when an event is above a draft state that these appear.
I assume this is because these are only preferences, and not confirmed reservations, but I think the preference notion is already assumed since the school knows what a draft is.
