Event Search Criteria - Add ability to search by outstanding tasks (non vCal) in event search

As a power event scheduler, I want to be able to search for all events (using additional criteria as I see fit) that have outstanding workflow. Specifically:

Outstanding Assignment Requests
Outstanding Notification Approvals
Outstanding To Do's

Please include the ability to search on whether a notification policy has been approved or denied (for calendar publishing). This would allow us to more robustly adopt and use the whole calendar requirement area when vetting of calendars is an institutional requirement. Currently that is more typically handled via Calendar Resources (thereby allowing us to use Assignment Policy) or having to edit all events and tagging them with an additional category or custom attribute.
