Schedule during blackouts and closed hours on Availability Grids

Users with override blackouts and/or closed hours permissions should be able to schedule events at those times on the Home Availability grid or on location availability grids.

Gerise BruzgulisThe current configuration of blackout override working in some areas of the program but not in others is problematic for our location due to the high number of basic schedulers. It inevitably leads to a lot of confusion and inefficient workflow.
