Assign "To Do" Task to multiple contacts and/or security groups
As a Department Administrator, I need to be able to assign a "To Do" task to more than one person or to a functional security group. Currently only one contact is able to be selected at a time.

Mike C (CollegeNET) Admin MergedWe would like to bring our Media Services team onto 25Live, however they have unique needs associated with tasks. They need the ability to assign a TO-DO to a list of users, or Security group, so that anyone in the group can take action on the task. This feature would allow us to bring our media services team onto 25Live.

Jason WThe ability to assign "to do" tasks by security group coupled with event email templates and document management will improve efficiencies for our Student Union Staff (and surely others). Currently their workflow includes a lot of copy and paste in order to track outstanding tasks. IE a Food waiver returned, Setup/layout confirmed. Right now this is handled via internal notes and confirmation text fields in the event form, given the nature and finicky behavior of these fields due to recent changes, now would be a great time to make these task assignments available to the entire working (Security) group. The entire Security Group should have visibility and be able to receive the task and/or act upon it. Multiple people within the security group may touch a single event as it goes through the approval process.

MossNot sure if this is already included in this suggestion, but I would love the ability to create a task for multiple people (like "Confirm Event/Tech Pricing") and to have each person have to complete it separately.
