Configure which Email Templates a security group use

Allow the ability to configure which Groups have the rights to use templates created by another user.

to select who can see and use templates, who can create templates and a setting to share the template with others who can view or keep specific to your security group.

We’ve created some general use manual email templates that can be used by everyone and other templates that are intended only to be used by specific offices/groups. Please add the ability to configure allow only specific groups to use specific templates. Thank you!

I third Nancy's comment above, whereby specific security groups can select specific templates for manually sending.

I would also like to allow specific security groups to have access to create/edit their own Event Save Email templates.

Our Intramural Rec dept has about 10 templates they would like to use for their various different buildings, etc. Isolating their templates to their security group would be very helpful for both them and not seeing them would be useful to the other scheduler groups.

Yes, I would also love the ability to mark a template "personal" so that it is only visible to the person who created it. I have a 15 page word document with different email templates based on numerous variables that I've compiled over the past 10ish years... I am holding back on transferring most of these to manual email templates because I don't want to clog everyone's list with email templates specific to me. I know we could generalize these email templates so anyone could use them but then you lose the personal touch in the communication which I highly value from a customer-service standpoint.

All institutions will benefit from having the event templates showing by security groups. Users complaint about having to read through them to select the one that belongs to their scheduling unit. It will highly benefit 25Live users and all institutions for sure ; ) - Thank you for considering this request.
