Weekly Availability Start Day should honor calendar week start day

When a school or user set a preference for calendars with weeks that start on Mondays, the weekly availably grid view should also start on Monday.

I changed my user settings so that Mon would be my start day. This worked for "Calendar" view but not for "Availability (weekly)" which is actually a more helpful facility view.

From a technical standpoint, this change is not trivial, so we are not planning to pursue this improvement at this time. However, we are always improving our software will revisit this if it becomes technically feasible.
