Room Diagrams Per Event - Available as default email attachments

For events that have a setup that necessitate a one-off room diagram we attach a PDF version to each event record. I then attach that PDF when I send out confirmations and CC in our folks from facilities so they know what needs to be set. It would be great if any currently attached files to an event record would show up on the “Email Event Details” window and could easily be selected so that they could be sent along with whatever email is needed (as opposed to having to re-upload the attachment for the purposes of emailing it).

Yassssss! This would be awesome! We have gone completely paperless and are working to store all important information and documents with the reservation file. The ability to save a step or two attaching files to emails directly from the event would be great!
