Remove gray bar with "Note from Last Name, First Name" from email

Please remove gray bar with "Note from Last Name, First Name" from email. There is no need for it and it looks dated.

Now that we have email signatures built into user profiles in 25L; and variables for first name and last name that can also be used in emails, these gray bars are looking super dated and also can cause emails to be weirdly formatted in some email readers. Please take them out! :)
