New segments should default to the same date/time as an existing segment

When adding a new segment to an event, the date/time editor automatically selects the current date. It should instead use the date which was already selected on an existing segment, on the assumption that this is more likely to be the intended date that the user wants.

Yes! Especially since choosing the current date often creates a conflict and then changes the location/resources to preferences.
