Location - Ability to remove images on layouts without removing the layout

Currently there is no way to remove a layout image without removing the entire layout from the object. There should be away to remove the layout image, but keep the layout attached to the object.

Yes! I currently have a photo with a sign "photo not available" I re-place the original photo with the "not available" photo.

the ability to remove photos/diagrams from the library and the layout is just good maintenance. We really need to remove some old stuff.
