Add image directly to a location (instead of uploading to image database > assigning to layouts)
Right now, to display images on a Location, the workflow takes a very long time (you have to upload the image in Admin to the Image Database, assign a Layout to a Location, then assign the Image to a Layout for that Location).
It'd be a lot easier and way less time/work/tracking to be able to upload images directly to a location via the Edit Location page in Admin.
As we take new (first-time) photos for some of the 300+ rooms on our campus, we're finding the workflow for adding images to locations without an existing image to take a while!

Kenny MFollowing up on this:
- Rather than adding images in Admin, it would be even easier to add them inline on 25L Pro when looking at a location’s page (especially in bulk on each location page, since we have 2-4 photos to add per room). -

Pam LauJust to comment on Kenny M's update, I would prefer to have only Admins be able to update the photo / diagram. This insures some security and prevents anyone uploading any picture in the 25Live program. Having the ability to remove a picture / diagram would be helpful as well as adding multiple images instead of taking several pictures and merging them in an outside program so they all fit in one.

Keith StilesAnother thing that I have seen in at least one Content Management System and some other tools is a way to provide a zipped file of your images and submit that and then it is unpacked into distinct images. There might be a problem with the alt text on those images but it would make it a whole lot easier to upload multiple images at one time.

Bonnie HendricksonPlus the current process/UI for uploading photos/diagrams is pretty terrible (sorry) - the little box doesn't appear where you are on the screen, you have to scroll to find it and the list of files is tiny and can be a lot to scroll thru.
As for Pam's comment about only admins adding photos, I agree there should be limitations. Restricting this to only admins will help maintain the integrity of a naming convention and much needed organizational processes, which is super important, especially with the current file system now. -

Pam LauThis is a great idea! I would also like the image name to appear. I name the image with the date taken. That way I know how old the image is. I've put in a feature request to have the image name added. Here is the upvote https://25live.featureupvote.com/suggestions/187081/imagediagram-with-file-name-date-visible-in-25live-pro It certainly would make it easier than going through ADMIN to find the file name.
