Send emails in bulk based on event save scenarios and triggers

Evaluate a large number of events against an email scenario and send an email template for each one if the scenario applies.

For example, I have an email template reminding requestors to fill out an insurance form, and a scenario that only sends the email if the primary organization is a student group. I want to run a large event search and send the reminder email to each one that meets the scenario conditions.

Ability to send an email to multiple events at one time. (Ex: Constitution is happening on a building and I want to email all impacted reservations from that building) Ideally this would be able to include the template variables so the email customizes itself per reservation.
