Add a new field for "building"

Locations should have a dedicated "building" field rather than relying on categories or partitions. This would also be useful for resources, for example chairs which are stored in the Student Union and are distinct from chairs in the Event Center.

This addition would allow for searching by building, remove the temptation to add all rooms to a building partition, and allow the categories list to be smaller.

A building is a named collection of contiguous rooms/spaces which can be accessed as a unit. The way we do it now is by a location query which can be cumbersome to maintain.

It would be great if this could map to "Building" which is also a setting for 7PointsOps. We are currently using the only other option (Partitions) but this is not desirable as we expect growth of this use on this campus.

It might be helpful to integrate this new Building field with digital signage programs (we use Connect Room Manager). Since many of our classrooms are in partitions, and each location can only be in one partition, we cannot add digital signage for them. I'm not sure what the best solution would be. Thank you!
