Allow Custom Attribute text to include URLs/Hyperlinks

Admin wants their event custom attribute text to allow for links, so they can have linked pages: e.g. 'Do you accept the LLHS Room Policy located at: https://bit.ly/2ZsvKRT?'

Please consider this for Requirements as well as Custom Attributes

This would require them to make the name of custom attributes really long and be html. That will cause all kinds of issue with searches and reporting of custom attributes. I would prefer to see them add help text option for very Custom Attribute so we could add that info in the help text while still having simple Custom Attribute names.
