Warn Users if Event Duration is Zero

Currently, it's possible to schedule events that start and end at the same time, with a duration of zero minutes. You can assign locations and resources to these events, and double and triple book those locations and resources at that moment.

We should prevent give users a pop-up warning if they try to navigate away from the Date/Time Editor when the event duration time is zero. This is likely a mistake.
