Default Setup and Takedown times for Event Types

At the event type level, have the ability to associate default setup and takedown times.

Or maybe have default setup and takedown times per layout selected. That would be really sweet.

I like the idea of adding min setup and take down times on layouts on Locations. I can see it being helpful on certain event types as well. If you could do both and it would use whichever was the largest that would be great.

This would be more helpful than layout determining setup and takedown for things like "concert" event type so that the person scheduling cannot book it without sufficient setup time available.
