Filter Start/End time differently

When using the “advanced search” and using the criteria “Occurrence Dates”, it would be nice if the start time/end time had a way to either include or filter out set/up and take/down times. User is trying to create a search for a school for events that are occurring past 9pm and many are showing up in the search because even though they end before 9pm they are still displaying in the search results because set-up or take down times crossover into that time period. It would be nice to have both options. For example the first event below is just from 10am-2pm but they have the room booked the evening prior for set-up.
