Add Search Criteria - Event Contact role that is null

When using the advance event search, you can search events based on specific contacts being associated with certain event contact roles. We need to add an option to search for events where a certain event contact role is 'null' or 'not null'. For example, I want to search for all the sections where the instructor role is 'not null'. This would make my Bind Contiguous process much more efficient.
