Separate Event Copy Rights from Event Edit Rights

Administrators would like to grant users the ability to copy only (not edit) another user's events.

Yes please! This would be really great for annual events where there is a new employee taking over the event.

I just came back across this, and I would like to add that we have users who like how another event was set up or has a similar event and would like to copy that event and adjust from there.
