Add a 'Not Requestable' level to Assignment Policy
Administrators want a Location to appear in search results, however, they do not want the user to be able to request the Location. This would eliminate the need for the OLS setting that use to be known as Schedule.

Pamela MasonObject Permissions of View Event Availability does this. I would still like to see the added to Assignment Policy and the Object Permissions Assign/Request removed. We want people to be able to request or assign some objects without being able to see the Availability or Calendar tabs when looking at the Object. For example: Parking Waivers are a Resource added to Events but we don't want people seeing when Parking is being waved for other events and piggybacking off it.

Leonard BrettonThis would be great to have so that we could create exceptions in the assignment policy per security groups on locations. For example if there are locations that are not available to students groups between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM MWF the location cannot be requested during those time. Thus saving unwanted requests that we would would deny anyway.

Mike C (CollegeNET) AdminIn the Groups Tool we had the ability to edit Object Security and have added 'Not Requestable' to Assignment Policy. You can find more information about this feature here: https://knowledge25.collegenet.com/display/25HELP/Configuring+Security+and+Assignment+Policy+for+Groups.
