Improve Location 'Close To' relationships to be more meaning

If you've set up 'close to' location relationships, it would be nice to be able to see those when a user has selected a location in 25live (e.g. if you select arts 101, you want to know which parking lot it's close to).

I think on Location views if there was a filter option to see events in locations close by and then they would be a certain color that would be helpful. What would be most helpful is if there was a button in the Event Form to see a list of events going on in locations close by. This would be for in the search results box so people could look at this if they need to consider impacts when scheduling their events. This is most helpful during Finals week when we want it to be quite so as not to disrupt students taking exams.
