Add additional field Campus/Institution
We need a way to define various data elements by Institution/Campus (e.g. events, organizations, locations, resources, contacts, and reports) With this data element we could add a new parameter to the 'Contact Directory' and 'Contacts by Organization', Space Listing, etc. to pare back data sets.

Pamela MasonYou can already do this with either Categories or Custom Attributes depending on how easy you want it to be for your users to search by it. We originally used Custom Attributes that was a location and and had Locations that were for each campus. This was not very user friendly so we recently transition to Categories. This way we could also word them in a way that was more appropriate based on the object type. Resources are have a naming convention of "Available at ....". Location have a naming convention of the just the name of the campus. Organization we use the Organization Type and it is not really the campus because the organization are not technically by the campus there is because of department hierarchy. So we also use a naming convention that if the department or student group is only for that location it should start with the campus abbreviation because that is technically part of the department or student groups name to properly identify it within the University.
