Limit some security groups from using HTML in event description
Ability to have a no-HTML version of the description editor. Users are making descriptions in a very large font that does not fit the style of their published calendars.

Megan ParravanoOur users do not use this feature at all, so it would be great to just "clean up the clutter" and get rid of those editing options in the description.

Bonnie HendricksonWould absolutely LOVE to get rid of this feature. We don't want our users to use this. Our Public Affairs Office is in charge of our main calendar (we provide thru Publisher) and they want clean, consistent formatting (basically just plain). They do not want folks to be going crazy with the editor.
I have to clean up the messes, fix the things that don't translate over and then face the unhappy users. -

Pat LewisThanks Bonnie and Megan for your responses.
Megan, you shared that you do not use the text editor feature. Do you us publisher for your calendar? If so, how do you populate the description information to your calendar other than through the description field in the event form?
Thanks all!

Pamela MasonI would like to be able to restrict this. People should have to take our web accessibility training before they do this so they understand the impact and rules. I get people pasting HTML without putting it in Source mode. That is also a problem.
